… and I think the English Route 66 Travelers Community on Facebook is such a balanced group. Many active members from all over the world, interesting postings – from recommendations up to the latest news, many hundreds of wonderful images from the Mother Road. Among these members are authors, artists, photographers, enthusiasts, simple travelers and also those, who travel Route 66 digitally.

Wherever you go on Route 66, whomever you meet, you are always welcome.

Family isn’t always blood. It’s the people in your life who want you in theirs, the ones who accept you for who you are, the ones who would do anything to see you smile and the ones who love you no matter what.

At this point a big thank you to friends and family from all over the world, the ones we already met in person and those who still are on our calendar for the next visits.

I got that Mother Road Virus of the double 6 many years ago and it will never let me go.
